Use as needed. For short hair, apply a small amount. Some hair types may receive enough moisture from Nourish Shampoo alone and may not need additional conditioning.

For longer hair, focus application from mid-shaft to ends. Leave on for 3–10 minutes to allow oils to penetrate the hair shaft.

For coarse, dry, or damaged hair, perform a partial rinse to retain more moisturizing oils for deeper conditioning.
